Plastic Shredders: Single shaft and double shaft configurations with motor power from 30 kW to 2×55 kW. Engineered for high-torque, low-speed primary size reduction of plastic pipes, films, woven bags, barrels, pallets, tires, and mixed industrial waste. Output sizes from 40-150mm depending on configuration.
Plastic Crushers: Heavy-duty and universal crusher models with claw-type and flat-type blade options. Designed for secondary size reduction producing uniform 6-20mm regrind suitable for direct re-feed into extrusion and injection molding processes. Throughput from 300 to 1,200 kg/h.
Plastic Pulverizers: Turbo-type and disc-type mills for fine powder production. PVC pulverizers with integrated water cooling produce 10-80 mesh powder for pipe and profile recycling. PE/LLDPE disc mills with optional cryogenic cooling deliver 20-80 mesh powder for rotational molding and masterbatch applications.
