A fast-growing WPC decking and wall panel manufacturer in Gaziantep, Turkey, was struggling with their existing Chinese pulverizer that suffered frequent breakdowns and inconsistent output quality. With expanding export orders to European markets, they needed to increase powder production from 8 tons/day to 18+ tons/day while meeting EU product quality standards.

Zhiyi Machine supplied two ZPM-800 turbo-type pulverizers configured for WPC composite processing:

Two ZPM-800 units, each with 90 kW main motor
Tungsten-carbide coated rotor and stationary discs for extended life with abrasive WPC filler materials
Integrated water-cooling jackets with dedicated chiller system
Automatic PLC-controlled feeding with motor load feedback
Centralized dust collection system serving both units

We worked with their engineering team to design the layout and provided remote commissioning support with on-site supervisor.
