A PVC window and door profile extruder near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, was generating approximately 120 tons of production waste annually from profile off-cuts, startup scrap, and start-up lumps. They had no in-house recycling capability and were paying for waste disposal. With increasing competition in the Vietnamese market, reducing material costs became critical for business viability.

Zhiyi Machine designed and supplied an integrated three-stage recycling system:

  • Stage 1 (ZSS-600 Single Shaft Shredder): Primary size reduction of whole PVC profiles to 50-80mm chips
  • Stage 2 (ZPC-800 Heavy Duty Crusher): Secondary crushing to 8-12mm regrind with 10mm screen
  • Stage 3 (ZPM-800 PVC Pulverizer): Turbo-type pulverizer producing 20-80 mesh powder with water cooling
  • Interconnecting conveyors with metal detection at each transfer point
  • Centralized dust collection and PLC control system

Our engineering team visited the site for layout planning, and provided on-site commissioning over 8 days.
